There won't be tonnes of room left for expansion once the adjoining Yeerongpilly Green development is complete, which I think is okay. The current facility is a great size. I know the possibility of a Citycat terminal there has been looked at, but the erosion impacts of the boats on the shores upstream of UQ mean speeds would be prohibitively slow.
